BTS’s “Dynamite” Outfits Sell For $162,500 To Benefit MusiCares Charity Relief Auction
Recently, BTS’s “Dynamite” music video outfits were donated to a charity auction run by the Recording Academy, in order to provide health and financial resources to those in need.
Julien’s Auctions directed the bids for these outfits, stating that they would go for at least $20,000 to $40,000 USD. After the lot closed on January 31, the winning bid ended up being $162,500 USD!
All proceeds from this auction will be donated to benefit MusiCares, a charity relief auction created by the Recording Academy.

Below is the list of the complete ensembles that were sold for this auction.
For RM, he wore a yellow T-shirt; yellow button-down shirt; yellow shorts; yellow Kangol hat; and Nike Air Jordan PRS sneakers, size 10.
For Jimin, he wore a lavender T-shirt with French words embroidered on the front with “Lo Corso Como Seoul” and “Jacquemus” labels; lavender button-down shirt by Areuban, size M; lavender sweat pants by Supreme; and multi-colored high-top Nike Air sneakers, size 11 1/2.
For V, he wore a blue sweater from Solid Homme, size 50; blue sweat pants with “BTS” label and “V”; blue Kangol cap; and blue Converse All-Star sneakers, size 9 1/2.
For Jungkook, he wore a blue T-shirt by Beaker; blue button-down shirt; blue sweat pants with “BTS” label and “Jungkook”; and blue Paul Smith sneakers.
For J-Hope, he wore two pink polo shirts by Polo Ralph Lauren; pink shorts; and custom Nike Air sneakers, one in blue and one in pink, with heart-shaped appliques.
For SUGA, he wore a yellow T-shirt by Carhartt; yellow button-down shirt; yellow trousers with an “E. Tautz Savile Row London” label; and custom Nike Air Jordan sneakers.
For Jin, he wore a pink T-shirt by Katharine Hamnett; pink button-down shirt by Levi’s; pink trousers; and custom Nike Air sneakers in pastel colors with heart-shaped appliques.
BTS has previously donated their microphones last year, which sold for $83,200 USD!
“Dynamite” is BTS’s first number-one single in the United States, with the video premiere garnering over 3 million concurrent viewers.
