Former MBC sportscaster apologizes over delivery rider's death after collision

Former MBC sportscaster Park Sin-young apologized and expressed her condolences for the death of a motorcycle delivery worker on Tuesday following a collision at an intersection in Sangam-dong in Seoul's Mapo District. At the time of the accident, Park was driving her SUV through the intersection on a yellow traffic signal, while the motorcycle had run a red light, according to police. Following the crash at around 10:30 a.m., the man in his 50s died at the scene.
