Red Velvet's Joy makes splash on charts with first solo album, 'Hello'

Joy of K-pop girl group Red Velvet is making a splash with her first solo album, “Hello." The retro-flavored “Hello” dominated iTunes' top album chart in 26 countries including Argentina, Egypt and Singapore. The album's namesake lead track, which is a remake of singer Park Hye-kyung's 1999 release, also secured No. 1 spots on the local streaming charts, Genie and Bugs.
