BLACKPINK’s Rosé, TWICE’s Mina & Girls’ Generation’s Yuri Wore The Same Dress But Served Different Vibes
BLACKPINK‘s Rosé, TWICE‘s Mina, and Girls’ Generation‘s Yuri all have such distinct styles, they even serve different vibes in the same outfits. Recently, all three stars wore the same dress, but each pulled it off in their own special way.
The piece in question is this $1,995 USD mini dress from Saint Laurent. Made in daisy-print fabric with a petal collar, this dress features shoulder pads and a V-shaped neckline.
Saint Laurent ambassador Rosé was seen wearing the dress in an Instagram update posted back in March this year. She paired it with $495 USD suede panel platform sneakers from Maison Margiela (plus ankle socks) and a Tiffany & Co. X-closed wide ring worth $4,000 USD.
The BLACKPINK main vocalist is known for her laid-back feel, and they really came out in this outfit. By pairing the dress with sneakers and a simple tied-back hairstyle, Rosé made this luxury dress totally casual and served cool, carefree, teen-like vibes.
Mina wore the dress when TWICE appeared on Japan’s Fuji TV show Let Me Tell Your Fortune in May this year. While her shoes weren’t seen on the show, she was wearing pretty gold earrings.
In her take on the dress, Mina exuded the purity and elegance she always has. By avoiding any stand-out accessories with the dress, Mina gave her look an innocent and sweet vibe perfect for a vintage picnic.
Last but not least, Yuri was seen wearing the dress in an Instagram update posted in May this year. She paired it with a striking yellow Tom Ford shoulder bag worth $2,775 USD, $249 USD yellow Gentle Monster Momati YC2 sunglasses, and matching yellow shoes.
With all that yellow, Yuri looked like pure sunshine, but she gave off a more mature vibe than her fellow outfit twins. In combination with the shoulder pads, the pops of monochromatic color served a 60s to 80s retro feel perfect for a second-generation star.
