Red Velvet Announces Their Long-Awaited Comeback With New Mini-Album “Queendom”

Red Velvet will be making their long-awaited comeback with their 6th mini-album Queendom on August 16.

SM Entertainment made the announcement through Red Velvet’s social media channels at midnight KST on August 2, sharing a moving teaser for Queendom‘s comeback logo.

Red Velvet hadn’t released new music as a full group since December 2019, when they released The ReVe Festival: Finale and their title track “Psycho”. The group went on a semi-hiatus for various reasons, including Wendy‘s injury. The group also just celebrated their 7 year anniversary, and will be holding an online fan meeting on August 16, the same day as their comeback.
