BTS’s Jimin Took A Trip Down Memory Lane To His Trainee Days With V, And It Proves Just How Close They Are
When it comes to K-Pop idols with amazing voices, the members of BTS cannot be counted out. With seven completely different tones, ARMYs are treated to a range of voices that blend perfectly together in each song. Yet, like everyone, BTS has to warm up their voices to make sure they are in top condition.
The group recently released some footage from their MTV Unplugged performance. From the very beginning, the members flexed their live vocals, showcasing just how diverse they are with tracks like “Telepathy,” “Dynamite,” and even “Coldplay’s “Fix You.”
As expected, BTS saved something special for the finale and treated fans to a rendition of their hit track “Dynamite.” Yet, before they actually performed, Jimin decided to take a trip down memory lane and shared a story from their trainee days!
During the video, it seemed as if, like RM, Jimin was focusing on vocal warm-ups, and particularly what V used to do.
You know the vocal warm-up using the piano, he went, ‘A-a-a-a-ah,’ and then pressed the next key and then went, ‘Aaah.’ But he couldn’t reach the note. That was hilarious.

When RM asked where that story was from, Jimin explained that it was what V would do as a trainee! He remembered it so well that he could even say which room the duo would practice in.
There is no denying that it is a funny anecdote. However, it also proves just how much V’s voice has improved since debuting, as not only is his range insane, but he can effortlessly reach high notes while looking cool, calm, and collected. Later in the same video, he showcased just that and showed just how much hard work he has put in!
It also shows that even though Jimin and V are close now, with even the likes of Lizzo loving their friendship, they seem to have always had this bond with each other, and it shows whenever they’re on stage or broadcasting to fans.
With a trip down memory lane, it is no surprise that BTS always manages to make ARMYs feel soft. The members have grown up together, seeing each other improve, and they are definitely a family!
