KOMACON, Lyon Comics Festival agree on exchanges in comics industry

The Korea Manhwa Contents Agency (KOMACON), which hosts the country's largest annual comic book festival, known as the Bucheon International Comics Festival (BICOF) in Gyeonggi Province, has recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Lyon Comics Festival in France. The signing ceremony was held in Lyon on June 10 during the opening event of the French festival, according to KOMACON, Wednesday.
