1. Living doll
Matt Kuwata (also known as Matt Rose) is a male model who astounds netizens with his doll-like appearance.
Matt Kuwata claims he’s never gotten plastic surgery and instead credits his appearance to make-up and editing for his social media posts.
Although many believe that Matt Kuwata looks like a Caucasian man with his “whiteface,” he has explained that despite using Western-style makeup techniques, he doesn’t actually want to be white.
Matt Kuwata also seems to have gotten what he hoped for out of his change in appearance, regularly selling out his beauty brand Emrose and having even posed with some of K-Pop’s hottest stars.
2. Collie
A man who goes by the pseudonym Toco aspired to become a dog and invested 2 million yen ($15,700 USD) in a realistic rough collie costume.
After receiving his incredibly realistic-looking costume, Toco began training to live like a dog, uploading videos to his YouTube channel showing his experience living the life he’s hoped for since childhood.

3. Wolf
Similar to Toco, another Japanese man spent 3 million yen ($22,970 USD) to achieve his lifelong goal of becoming a wolf.
My order to ‘look like a real wolf walking on hind legs‘ was difficult – to say the least – but the complete suit looked exactly like what I imagined. Not only did the specs perfectly cover all of my preferences, but the ventilation slit for the wearer’s comfort and the devices that let the wearer put it on without help showed me that the designers paid close attention to the wearer’s comfort.
According to the man, despite all the difficulty that came with making a realistic wolf suit, his “dream came true” the moment he stared “at [his] transformed self in the mirror.”
At the final fitting, I was amazed at my transformed self in the mirror. It was a moment when my dream came true.
4. Young Woman
