BTS’s Jin Surprises Fans With A Little “Squid Game” Younghee Reference During “PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE”
BTS‘s Jin already made headlines for his adorable little hairdo during BTS’s offline concert in Los Angeles, PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE. He surprised fans with a ribboned hairstyle during the ending stage.
While most fans at first thought that it was simply a treat for ARMY who have always looked forward to seeing what cute surprise Jin would give them next, other fans managed to suss out what he was making a reference to.

That’s right! It comes from the iconic Younghee doll in Squid Game.
Squid Game took the world by storm as it quickly became one of Netflix’s most successful K-Content launches. Jin even made sure to re-enact the Red Light, Green Light scene from the show.
He perfectly recited the little tune of “mugunghwa kkochi pieosseumnida!”
